The cottage is found at the edge of the village green in East Prawle on the South coast of Devon. Originally built as a fisherman's cottage in the middle of the last century, it has been lovingly restored to a high standard - retaining many original features - and has been well equipped for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Looking out over fields to the sea, the cottage is light and airy during the day and a log burner in the lounge is ideal for cosy evenings in. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances and a dining area - or eat outside on the patio area and take advantage of a warm evening...
The cottage offers easy access to the South Coast - with the sea being only a short walk away. The village is next to the South West Coastal Path which offers access to secluded sandy coves - only accessible on foot or by boat. The path is takes you through a seasonally changing variety of wildlife - the area is home to a large number of species of birds and flowers.
The village is home to two excellent pubs - each of a different character - but both focusing on good food and drink should you wish to eat out. The Pig's Nose Inn offers a wide variety of entertainment. Nearby Salcombe allows year round boat launching and sailing in the estuary or coastal waters.
